A companion to the 2018 book+CD 'Capturing The Wry', this album comprises 2019 recordings of the ten songs written and performed by Bolton-based band The Irony Board between 1993 and 1995.
The original parts played by Tony Turner (keyboards and some guitar), Matt Pendlebury (bass) and Andrew Kellington (drums) have been reproduced as accurately as possible based on rehearsal, radio and live recordings to give as close a representation as possible to how the songs might have sounded had the band had the facilities to record them in the studio.
